I recently stayed at a hotel in Palm Springs and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being near the center of town and close to all amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice patio overlooking the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the nearby restaurant. it was a fantastic place to stay.

The service at the hotel could have been improved a bit.

It's location. Room size and amenities. The room didn't suffer from the noise that many hotels seem to suffer from.

The Sunday Breakfast hours need to be extended.

This is an older facility with classic charm. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has two pools and jacuzzis with warm and hot enough water. The mountain view poolside is nice. Access to the pool from your room is nice and access from your car to unload is nice.

The facility needs some minor maintenance attention. The continental breakfast needs improvement. There are new owners recently, so I'm hoping for improvements.

The pool area was great. The staff very helpful and the breakfast was good.

There was no notice about where to get pool towels. The power went out for almost an hour at night - no security lighting to get around and very uncomfortable in 120 degree heat. Apparently the power going out happens often!

Overall the staff was very friendly. The view was awesome. The size of the room was much larger than rooms we had stayed in, in the past. The pools and spas made the stay fun.

Water was unavailable to guests for free, at all other hotels we stayed at, in this hot climate, water was easily assessable. The breakfast was the worse we have ever seen when a hotel provides breakfast. Other hotels provide much more. This was a very small continental breakfast! If you don't mind a very, very small breakfast and no water available, this is the hotel for you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Firstly, the value for money was excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable, from the well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to the basic amenities provided. Lastly, the hotel's location near the center of Palm Springs was a major plus, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. Additionally, the friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a complete success.

Ice Machines all turned off. Minimal free breakfast and poor setting for the breakfast. Not enough space. Room cleaning was fair

The pool and hot tub.

Both the dry and wet saunas took too long to heat up after I turned each on.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were a huge plus. The location was just perfect for us, close to all the local shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area which was clean and refreshing.

The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from other rooms. But it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our overall experience.

The spa didn't work very good. Only one half of it had bubbles.

Needs improvements, cleaning, repairing, etc. No need to do landscaping, trim trees early in the morning when people trying to rest.

Prices are affordable, making it a great choice for a longer stay.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review was the lack of towels in the room.

During my Xmas stay, I loved that the hotel had a swimming pool and hot tub to use. the proximity of the hotel to the downtown area was also very convenient. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants.

The hotel room was quite outdated and could be improved with some renovation. the noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

My stay was great! Enjoyed the pool and the continential breakfast Your cleaning staff were very very nice. Maintenance was there promptly when we had an issue. Fix it immediately! .

It's not that I didn't like it but I'm not an early riser so breakfast quit a little too early for me, haha!
